Step 1: A fast-paced workout set to music that will target your cardio-vascular system. You will find yourself burning as many calories as running minus the joint impact. This fun group led by Beate Litz will push you to increase your cardio tolerance without ever realizing how hard you are working. 45 minutes

Abs & Core: These station-based, circuit classes are designed to target specific muscle groups. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness - that is, fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities. You will learn new exercises to add to your routine for some new spice.
Jazzercise: combines the art of jazz dance with the beat of today's hottest music to make your workout fun Increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements. 60-minute class.
Vinyasa Yoga: One of the most commonly practiced yoga styles in the west today. Vinyasa Yoga is a system of yoga that emphasizes the connection between movement and breath. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic system composed of a specifically designed series of postures that emphasizes strength and flexibility, while working to focus and calm the mind. It is especially well suited for active people that are looking for a workout. 45 minute - 1 hour 15 minute class.
Nautilus Boot Camp: Held during hours when the Rez is closed, Nautilus Boot Camp is a cardio and strength workout combination (sometimes called a Circuit Class). Alternating between Cardio and Nautilus strength machines the classes offer increases in intensity level on an individual basis. 45 minute class.
Booté by Beaté: This sculpting class will utilize a variety of strength training accessories to ensure people turn their heads as you walk away! The class also targets areas around the glutes, like the hips and thighs, to shed unwanted inches off typical “problem” spots. Booté by Beaté is sure to strengthen, tighten and tone while having a good time.
Cardio Boot Camp: You will be lead you in an effective total-body conditioning program that will help you feel great and bring new energy to your life. Classes are designed so that whether you are a beginner to fitness or a veteran exerciser, you will get a great workout and have a good time doing it! Increase your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements.
Kickboxing: This phenomenal class combines aerobic kickboxing, self-defense, and boxing to provide a calorie-blasting workout. Our cardio kickboxing class includes station work complementing the aerobics by focusing on muscle conditioning. Participants will move from station to station utilizing a variety of strength training accessories. Get ready to burn over 800 calories an hour!
