Abs & Core: These station-based, circuit classes are designed to target specific muscle groups. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness - that is, fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities. You will learn new exercises to add to your routine for some new spice.
Jazzercise: combines the art of jazz dance with the beat of today's hottest music to make your workout fun Increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements. 60-minute class.

Belly Dance: This introduction to American Tribal Style Belly Dance follows the Fat Chance Belly Dance format. This class will explore some of the basic fast moves and teach students to dance together from the first class using this improvisational style. Students wanting to learn more and to explore the musical aspects of this beautiful art form can move on to Tribal Dance and Rhythms Level 1. Warm up and isolations will teach some of the basic core moves of belly dance such as circles, figure eights, lifts/drops and slides while helping to build core strength, balance, flexibility and grace. 45 minute class.
Cardio Dance: Cardio Dance Class combines the art of jazz dance with the beat of today’s hottest music to make your workout fun! You will be lead in an effective total-body conditioning program that will help you feel great, and bring new energy to your life. Classes are designed for a beginner to fitness or a veteran exerciser. You will get a great workout and have a good time doing it! Increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements. 45 minute class.
Introduction to Power Yoga (Vinyasa Yoga) is a resistance training workout for the total body. This class will teach you the fundamentals of yoga and are the building blocks for a strong yoga base. This athletic form of yoga as an excellent means of developing flexibility, balance and core strength.
Gentle Yoga: This class flows through a series of stretches, postures, and enlivening movements that loosen, lengthen, and rejuvenate the musculature and calm the nervous system, producing ease and well-being. Increase your muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using easy-to-follow movements. 75 minute class
Intermediate Yoga: Gone is the myth that yoga is simply stretching in a quiet room. A Core Power Yoga class combines breath and movement for an intense and energizing experience. If you are looking to increase strength and flexibility, lose weight, or manage stress, you’ll be hooked on this extraordinary workout! 75 minute class
Stretch Yoga: Is your body stiff? Do old injuries bother you? Do you enjoy exercising, but short-change stretching? Then this whole-body fitness class is for you. Increase strength and balance while opening the body. Get those creaky joints moving again, and find your ease of movement. 45 minute class
Hatha Yoga: Focus on the power of breath to strengthen and expand the body and mind. Energize through a series of movements. Build endurance, balance and flexibility thru postures held for longer periods of time. Center and renew at the end of the day. Not an introductory class. 75 minute class.
Yoga for Athletes: This vigorous cross-training class will boost your endurance through a sequence of challenging and energized yoga moves. Connect with your body; build strength, balance and flexibility in a new way. Recommended for those with a basic knowledge of yoga and/or strong background in fitness. 60 minute class.
Nautilus Boot Camp: Held during hours when the Rez is closed, Nautilus Boot Camp is a cardio and strength workout combination (sometimes called a Circuit Class). Alternating between Cardio and Nautilus strength machines the classes offer increases in intensity level on an individual basis. 45 minute class.
Booty by Beaté: This sculpting class will utilize a variety of strength training accessories to ensure people turn their heads as you walk away! The class also targets areas around the glutes, like the hips and thighs, to shed unwanted inches off typical “problem” spots. Booty by Beaté is sure to strengthen, tighten and tone while having a good time.

Zumba: Zumba® Fitness fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix for a Zumba® Fitness class! 45 minute class
Kickboxing: This class combines aerobic kickboxing, cardio, and boxing to provide a calorie-blasting workout. Our cardio kickboxing class includes choreographed moves complementing the aerobics, focused on muscle conditioning. Get ready to burn over 800 calories an hour! 45 minute class
No Sweat: Want to squeeze in a lunchtime workout without returning to work sweaty? No Sweat! This class provides a total body strength workout designed to burn fat and build muscle. You will use dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and stability balls. It is a great way to jump start your strength training program! 45 minute class
Spinning: Spinning is great for people who want a motivating workout that they can control at their own pace. Spinning is low-impact, so it’s very suitable for people who want to balance out higher-impact exercises or for people who have some joint problems. Class space is limited. 45 minute class
15 Minute Abs: Just 15 minutes! This strength training class is designed to target the specific abdominal muscle groups. You will learn new exercises to add to your routine for some new spice.

Yoga Foundations: This introductory class focuses on basic yoga principles with an emphasis on alignment. We practice traditional poses for increase strength, balance and flexibility of the body while centering the mind. The use of props helps bodies of all types experience success. 60 minute class.
30 Minutes with a Trainer: We all can use helpful hints to keep our workouts fresh, fun and, most importantly, effective. This class will allow you to have access to a certified trainer to answer questions that will keep you on track to your fitness goals. Information on how to maximize your workouts and their results will be presented each week. 30 minute class
